The cabinet-side of the hinged screws on the side wall or the edge of the face board. Once the hinges are installed, they can be adjusted by loosening three screws so that the door panel can be adjusted to the cabinet.

Use the supplied screws with the hinge to mount the jig. The top edge of the jig must flush with the top edge of the door panel. Slowly join the router. Mount the jig on the bottom of the hinge side edge on the inside of the door panel and chase the mounting hole using the same process. Insert a hidden hinge into each mounting hole. Keep the door in place with hinges in the open position. Adjust the cabinet side mounts in position on the front of the inside of the cabinet side. Mark the mounting holes with a pencil. Drill a pilot hole in each pencil mark on the inside of the cabinet side using a drill and a 1/16-inch drill.
